Every Project is led by a motivated clientThe client will have identified the need for a new building, a renovation, or indeed a total site development.
The client may be an individual, a couple, a partnership, a firm, or an institution. The client provides instructions for the architect - the brief - ranging from the fundamental ingredients to the deeper aims and objectives to be met. An architect is trained to listen, to absorb, before beginning to sketch concepts for discussion. The successful concept must be suitably robust to maintain the client’s enthusiasm through the detailed design stages ahead, and finally to construction. |
CommunicationA successful project relies upon a high level of communication between all parties. Throughout the project the client will appreciate a close working relationship with the architect. This will continue through the construction phase, where many additional parties become involved in the project.
